In the Hebrew calendar, 5786 is marked by two letters. Vav ו is pictured as a nail or hook: the peg that fastens, connects and holds things in place. Peh פ is the mouth: the place where what heaven has decreed is spoken into the earth.
Together they speak of a year to fasten the promises of God to our households, ministries and legacy, and to open our mouths and declare what God has said. This resource gathers 25 declarations from Prophetess Shamika Rich, spoken over our covenant ground at 1301 Dorough Ave, with a guide to the Days of Awe and a daily rhythm for the ten days.

Fastened in a sure place.
“And I will fasten him as a nail in a sure place; and he shall be for a glorious throne to his father's house.”
“Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways.”
“Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.”
“Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near.”
“Lift up your heads, O ye gates; and be ye lift up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in.”
Fasten the promise. Speak the decree.
