A highway of banners.
In Hebrew, one of the words for miracle is nes: a banner, a standard, a sign lifted high for all to see. When God performs a miracle, He is announcing His presence, His covenant and His authority over a situation. Miracle Boulevard Proclamations declares a spiritual highway where the banners of God's glory, provision and wonder are lifted over His people.

What is a miracle?
